2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our services. Organizations must be registered and legally compliant under Indian law.
3. Services Provided
We provide laptops and IT hardware on lease for:
- Individuals
- Startups
- Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
- Corporates and Institutions
All devices are provided under lease contracts with fixed durations and terms.
4. Leasing Policy
a. Lease Tenure
The standard lease duration ranges from 1 to 36 months, depending on customer preference and approval.
b. Usage Terms
Devices must be used only for lawful purposes. Resale, tampering, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
c. Device Condition
All devices are tested and delivered in working condition. Any damage caused during the lease period will be chargeable.
5. Payments and Invoicing
- Payments are to be made in advance as per the lease agreement.
- Delayed payments may attract late fees or cancellation of services.
- GST and applicable taxes will be included in all invoices.
- Payment gateways used are secure and encrypted.
6. Return and Replacement Policy
- Devices must be returned in the original condition at the end of the lease term.
- In case of technical issues, replacements may be provided within 48–72 hours (subject to availability).
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or negligence will incur penalties or replacement costs.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
- No refunds will be issued for ongoing or completed lease periods.
- Security deposits (if any) will be refunded post device inspection.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and software on LaptopOnLease.in are the intellectual property of LaptopOnLease Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Business loss or profit loss due to device failure
- Technical errors due to third-party software
- Unforeseen delivery delays caused by courier or logistic issues
Our maximum liability is limited to the monthly rental amount paid by the customer.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LaptopOnLease.in harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your misuse of the leased devices or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach any of our terms
- Non-payment of dues occurs
- Devices are misused, lost, or stolen
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, e.g., Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore], India.
